Polaroid Photography | Thanksgiving 2009

So while I am still deciding which polaroid camera to get myself for Christmas, this handy dandy application will due in the meantime!  This was the third year the Smiths hosted our California friends for Thanksgiving and I have to say that it gets better every year.  The food was hot, the company was good, the games lasted all night, and then the tryptophan kicked in.  The spread was impressive: turkey, broccoli gruyere, spinach casserole, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, sweet rolls, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, salad, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pies, and apple pies.  Yum.  Enough said.  Thanks to everyone who came and brought food!  Enjoy a sampling of our Thanksgiving!

Wedding Photography | Proofs and Discs of Images | Products

In my previous post, I talked about the engagement session and guest book. The next thing you’ll receive comes after the wedding. A sneak peek of your images will go up here on the blog, but the first look at your wedding day will come in the mail. I love to give my clients something physical to look at, so I choose 100 of the best images from the wedding day and retouch them in Photoshop, giving them my signature look. They are then printed on archival luster photographic paper and mailed to you along with your discs of all the images. I am obsessed with packaging. If you show me something in chocolate brown, kraft brown, or tiffany blue, chances are I’m going to use it. Below are a few shots of the yummy packaging!

Published Wedding Photography | LA Style Unveiled | Lara & Erik Wedding

A few days ago Los Angeles Style Unveiled featured Lara & Erik’s engagement session, and today they are featuring their wedding.  I cannot tell you how exciting it is to be featured in wedding planning blogs.  The instant gratification you get when you see your work elsewhere is amazing.  And it’s such a thrill to be able to call your clients up and tell them to quickly go look online at their photos! Thanks so much Heather and Kimberly!  Click here to read the short post.  And click here to read the full article!
